Bellydance

Bellydance is a non-impact dance that is suitable for all ages and size. Many of the movement involve body isolations, which improve flexibility of the torso, spine and hips. The full-body undulations lengthen and strengthen the entire spine and abdominal muscles in a gentle way.  There are many styles of bellydance from traditional, raks sharki, fusion, and tribal... You can also dance with various props like canes, zills, veils, shamadan, and fans. Salsa

There is a wide varieties of salsa dance, from New York style, L.A. style, cuban, and rueda. Some style breaks the music on the first beat, some on the second. It’s a partner dance, but can also be danced solo with more accents of footwork (shines) and body isolations. The main instrument that provides the beat groove of salsa music is called the clave.
