Always having led an active life I found the value of building a strong foundation at a young age. My fitness life has consisted of soccer, swimming, dance, yoga, weight training and calisthenics. I like to be creative and try new things. I am passionate about utilizing functional movements as a foundation for long term success in activities of daily living.
