Group Fitness classes

Group Fitness Classes are proven to be more effective than working out alone or at a gym. You get to inspire and support others in their journey as they inspire you. My passion for teaching creates a fun and engaging atmosphere in every class.
I work with a wide range of age groups, from elementary school students to seniors in retirement centers.
Just need to find which classes is the one for you; from Bootcamp/High Intensity Interval Training, Buts & Guts, Body Sculpt, Cardio Blast, Zumba.

Group Fitness Classes

Bootcamp/High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Bootcamp is a high-energy, fun workout dedicated to fitness training that will improve your everyday life. The focus is on total body strengthening, improving agility, increasing cardiovascular fitness, and developing a stronger core. Every workout is different. We use ladders, Equalizer®, Kettlebell, bleacher, stairs, bands and more. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Be sure to bring water!

Group Fitness Classes

Butts & Guts

One hour dedicated to strengthening and toning your core and gluteals. A great combination of cardio exercises to keep you moving, and strength training intervals to target some "trouble spots." This class always is fun and energetic, allowing you to sweat with a smile on your face. You will use free weights, gliders, tubing, stability ball, Bosu and more. Similar to Bootcamp but less intimidating if you just get started.
