Group Fitness Classes are proven to be more effective than working out alone or at a gym. You get to inspire and support others in their journey as they inspire you. My passion for teaching creates a fun and engaging atmosphere in every class.

I work with a wide range of age groups, from elementary school students to seniors in retirement centers.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a high-energy, fun workout dedicated to fitness training that will improve your everyday life. The focus is on total body strengthening, improving agility, increasing cardiovascular fitness, and developing a stronger core. Every workout is different. We use ladders, Equalizer®, Kettlebell, bleacher, stairs, bands and more. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Be sure to bring water!

Butts & Guts

One hour totally dedicated to the strengthening and toning of the core of the body and glutes. This is a non-cardio class but appropriate exercise footwear and clothing would be highly recommended. Come prepared to sweat and feel a burn.

Full Body Toning

Low impact exercises that will sculpt and tone the entire body, while working on strength, endurance, mobility and balance. This class uses body bars, dumbbells, elastic bands, mini-bands, stability balls. Look forward to improved muscle strength toned body, healthy weight, increased bone density and strength. This class is appropriate for all fitness level and men and women alike are welcome.

Come join this class that will focus on upper body toning. This is a low impact class that will use resistance equipment like resistance band and dumbbells to increase strength while toning the upper body and core.
