Over fifteen, 55 minutes videos and five, 45 minutes videos and there are videos added weekly to this package. Follow along with our online classes anytime, anywhere. Warm up with dynamic stretching, then use resistance bands, dumbbells, and other equipment to isolate and strengthen the whole body. This in turn will strengthen and support the muscles all over the body, improve posture, help reduce risk of injuries, improve mobility and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome.
